Convergint is seeking a full-time Banking Service Technician to service existing customers, respond to service calls, and support programs and small projects. The role involves installing, testing, repairing, and maintaining drive-up, locking, video, and ATM-related systems while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of drive-up, locking and electronic systems in the banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of DVRs and NVRs connected to remote systems.
• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Excellent customer focus and communication abilities.
• Able to adapt to changing situations and processes.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, repair, and service non-routine banking systems and equipment including drive-up, locksmith, and ATM/TCR components.
• Troubleshoot and repair remote units and related audio/video equipment.
• Install and support network systems for assigned projects and provide preventative maintenance.
• Mentor less experienced staff and communicate project risks and timelines clearly.
• Respond to service calls and dispatch with timely, quality resolutions.
