Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Banking Service Technician to service and support banking equipment, including drive-up systems, ATMs and related hardware. You will respond to service calls, perform preventive maintenance and participate in small projects with a collaborative team.

You must have strong knowledge of banking equipment, DVR/NVR systems, and electrical/mechanical devices, plus excellent communication skills to serve customers effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience with banking service equipment and drive-up systems.
• Familiarity with DVR/NVR and remote monitoring setups.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, repair and service drive-up, locksmith, ATM/TCR equipment.
• Respond to service calls and perform preventive maintenance.
• Mentor junior staff and share knowledge to improve service quality.
• Coordinate with project teams on larger tasks.
