Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Banking Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain banking equipment including drive-up systems, CCTV, ATMs, vaults, and alarm networks. You will work on-site with a collaborative team, applying strong customer service and problem-solving skills to minimize downtime and ensure safety.

Ideal candidates have experience with remote drive-up units, locks, electronics, and networked devices, plus excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with drive-up, locking, and electronic banking systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and participate in maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair diverse banking equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, repair, and calibrate drive-up, locksmith, and electronic equipment.
• Respond to service calls and perform preventive maintenance.
• Mentor less experienced staff and ensure safety standards.
• Document work and communicate with customers and team.
