Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Banking Service Technician to service and support existing customers by responding to service calls and managing small projects. The role involves installing, testing, and maintaining drive-up, locksmith, and electronic banking systems, including ATM/TCR units.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of DVRs/NVRs, mechanical and electrical systems, and excellent communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with drive-up, locking and electronic banking systems.
• Knowledge of DVRs and NVRs connected to remote systems.
• Mechanical and electrical systems knowledge.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Adaptability to changing situations.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, repair, and service drive-up, locksmith, and electronic banking equipment including ATM/TCR and related systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain remote units and associated hardware.
• Mentor less experienced staff and share technical knowledge.
• Respond to customer service and maintenance calls, including after-hours when needed.
