Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Banking Service Technician to service and support banking customers, respond to service calls, and manage small projects. You will work within a dynamic team, grow with the company, and help protect lives and assets while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance of drive-up, locking, and electronic banking systems, plus DVR/NVR knowledge, with a strong focus on safety and compliance across procedures.

Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years Banking Specialist experience in appropriate setting.
• Knowledge of drive-up, locking and electronic banking systems.
• Knowledge of DVRs and NVRs connected to remote systems.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong customer focus and service orientation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to changing situations.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, repair, and service drive-up and ATM/tcr equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair remote units and related hardware.
• Mentor less experienced staff with technical knowledge.
• Respond to service calls and perform preventative maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable manufacturers' specifications and safety policies.
• Coordinate with team to improve operations and customer satisfaction.
