Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a Banking Service Technician to service and support existing customers, respond to service calls, and handle small projects. You will work within a dynamic team, installing, testing, repairing, and maintaining drive-up, locksmith, and electronic banking systems including ATM/TCR components.

The role emphasizes customer-focused service, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work after-hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with banking drive-up, locksmith, and ATM/TCR systems.
• Knowledge of DVRs/NVRs connected to remote systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Adaptable and able to work after-hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Installs, programs, tests, repairs, and services a variety of non-routine systems and equipment for drive-up, locksmith, and electronic projects, ATM/ TCR.
• Repairs or replaces damaged components of remote units.
• Troubleshoots, repairs, and replaces all components of remote, audio, and video equipment; installs, configures and supports network systems.
• Performs preventative maintenance and acts as a mentor to less experienced staff.
• Handles moderately complex installations for remote units such as alert systems; tests and trains on final connections.
• Responds to maintenance and service calls, with duties varying in scope and complexity.
