Yardi is seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager to support multifamily clients using our property management software. You will assist with setup, troubleshooting, and day-to-day use, delivering guidance to ensure a smooth client experience.

Travel is required during the second week of employment for training, with potential relocation to alternate sites. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality, solution-oriented support and drive client success.
