Job summary

Yardi seeks an Associate Technical Account Manager (ATAM) to help clients maximize value from our property management software. You’ll combine technical aptitude with strong communication to support setup, troubleshooting, and day-to-day use across multiple products.

You’ll travel during the second week of employment for training, with flexibility for local or alternate locations. Build expertise in financial, operational, and tenant management needs while collaborating across teams for

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Comfortable providing live support via phone and email.
Proactive problem-solver with strong customer focus.
Detail-oriented and process-driven with accuracy and efficiency.
Adaptable in fast-paced environments.
Skilled at building relationships and earning client trust.

Responsibilities

Provide technical software support, set-up, and implementation guidance to clients across a suite of products, via email and phone.
Troubleshoot application issues and deliver effective solutions.
Communicate clearly to guide clients from setup through ongoing success.
Share product features, best practices and personalized guidance to drive client success.
Collaborate with teams to resolve challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
