Job summary

Yardi in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager to help clients maximize value from our property management software. You will combine technical aptitude with strong communication to support setup, troubleshooting, and day-to-day use.

You’ll work with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality support, travel during training week, and continue learning about products and industry trends to drive client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Services (or equivalent).
• Comfortable providing live support via phone and email.
• Proactive problem-solver with customer-focused mindset.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven, with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical software support, setup, and implementation guidance to clients across a suite of products, delivering assistance via email and phone.
• Troubleshoot application issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Communicate clearly to guide clients from setup through ongoing success.
• Share product features and best practices to champion client success.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
