Job summary

Yardi Systems is seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager to support multifamily clients in getting the most value from our property management software. You will blend technical aptitude with strong communication to assist with setup, troubleshooting, and day-to-day use, ensuring a smooth and successful client experience.

You’ll travel during training and collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality, solution-focused support while learning our products and industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences.
• Comfortable providing live support via phone and email, confidently troubleshooting technical issues.
• Proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused mindset.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven, with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical software support, setup, and implementation guidance to clients via email and phone.
• Troubleshoot application issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Communicate clearly to earn client trust from setup through ongoing success.
