You’ll combine technical aptitude with strong communication to support clients through software setup, troubleshooting, and daily use, ensuring a smooth, successful experience. Expect training travel in the second week and ongoing opportunities to master new tools and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences.
• Comfortable providing live support via phone and email.
