Job summary

Yardi Systems seeks an Associate Technical Account Manager to help clients maximize value from our property management software. You’ll combine technical aptitude with strong communication to support setup, troubleshooting, and day-to-day use.

You’ll build expertise across financial, operations, and tenant-management modules, working with clients and internal teams to deliver thoughtful, solution-driven support. Travel is required during the second week for training as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience providing live support by phone and email.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical software support, setup, and implementation guidance to clients across products.
• Troubleshoot application issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Communicate clearly to guide clients from setup through ongoing success.
• Share product features and best practices to champion client outcomes.
