Job summary
Yardi is seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager to support clients in deploying and using our property management software. You’ll combine technical aptitude with strong communication to guide setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing success.
Travel may be required in the second week for training, with local or alternate-site options. You will grow expertise in financial, operational, and tenant management needs across a global client base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, math or engineering services.
- Comfort with live support via phone and email and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented and adaptable in fast-changing environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical software support, setup, and guidance to clients across products.
- Troubleshoot application issues and deliver effective, timely solutions.
