You will build expertise in Yardi’s software across financial, operational, and tenant management needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality, solution-focused support. Training may require travel in the second week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Services, or equivalent.
• Experience providing live support via phone and email.
• Strong customer-focused mindset and proactive problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical software support, setup, and implementation guidance to clients via email and phone across a suite of products.
• Troubleshoot application issues using structured problem-solving to deliver effective solutions.
• Communicate clearly to earn client trust from setup through ongoing success.
• Share relevant product features, best practices, and personalized guidance to drive client success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rapidly resolve challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
