Job summary

Travere Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director, Collaboration & Web Services to lead the Microsoft 365 platform portfolio and shape the future of the digital workplace. You will oversee SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and the corporate intranet while ensuring secure, compliant collaboration across the organization.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on technical execution, partnering with MSPs and internal teams to deliver migration, modernization, and adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in enterprise collaboration and Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Experience as both technical lead and hands‑on engineer for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, architecture, roadmap, and operating model for SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, intranet, and enterprise search.
• Provide senior technical leadership for Teams, including chat, channels, meetings, guest access, and external collaboration.
• Perform hands‑on configuration, engineering, and advanced troubleshooting while overseeing MSP delivery.
