Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director to lead the 365 collaboration platform (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive) for a secure, compliant digital workplace. You will balance strategic direction with hands-on engineering, while coordinating MSP delivery and advancing intranet and enterprise search initiatives.

The role requires deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365, strong executive communication, and the ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or higher in IT/CS/IS or related field with equivalent experience.
8+ years in enterprise collaboration, digital workplace or 365 platforms.
Proven lead and hands-on engineer for Microsoft 365 collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead long-term strategy, architecture, roadmap and operating model for SharePoint Online and Teams.
Provide strategic and technical leadership for Teams, including meetings, guest access, and policies.
Deliver hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization while MSPs handle ops.
Own intranet and enterprise search product direction, taxonomy, and publishing standards.
Establish governance, identity, lifecycle, retention, and compliance with 21 CFR 11 and SOX.
