Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Customer Engagement Platforms & Data in San Diego with remote flexibility. You will lead the BTS product and platform strategy for omnichannel customer engagement, data, and integrations, partnering with Commercial Systems & Analytics to align roadmaps and governance.

The role requires 8+ years in biotech/Life Sciences IT, 5+ years leading platform delivery, and hands-on leadership with Veeva/Salesforce CRM, data strategies, and API

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, information technology, life sciences, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in business technology/IT, including 5+ years in biotech or life sciences and 3+ years leading product/platform delivery for Commercial/Medical Affairs.
• Proven track record launching or scaling customer engagement capabilities and working with CRM/data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Operate through a shared product and delivery model with Commercial Systems & Analytics; align ownership for technology, data, reporting, and analytics.
• Translate business strategies into product plans, backlogs, requirements, designs, estimates, release plans, and operating practices.
• Provide leadership for customer engagement capabilities including Veeva and Salesforce CRM, PromoMats, marketing automation, and APIs.
• Partner with data owners to advance customer data capabilities across HCP/HCO, payer, hub, and related domains; ensure data governance and regulatory compliance.
• Lead delivery from discovery to deployment, coordinating releases, incidents, and vendor management.
