Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director to lead Customer Engagement Platforms & Data, translating engagement priorities into secure, scalable capabilities. You will manage product lifecycle, architecture, and integration across CRM and analytics, partnering with Commercial Systems & Analytics and AI/Data teams.

You will drive cross-functional delivery, enforce governance, and ensure compliance while enabling HCP/HCO data strategies and customer 360 initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, information technology, life sciences, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in business technology or IT, including 5+ years in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences and 3+ years leading product or platform delivery for Commercial or Medical Affairs.

Responsibilities

• Operate through a shared product and delivery model with Commercial Systems & Analytics within Commercial Insights & Operations, aligning ownership of tech, data, reporting, analytics with BTS.
• Translate approved strategies into product plans, backlogs, designs, estimates, release plans, and operating practices with cross-functional teams.
