Job summary
Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Customer Engagement Platforms & Data, to lead product and platform strategies for customer engagement tools across Commercial Systems & Analytics. You will drive roadmap, design, and delivery while integrating with Enterprise Data & Intelligence, AI Strategy & Engineering, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, information technology, life sciences, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in business technology or IT, including 5+ years in biotech/pharma/life sciences and 3+ years leading product/platform delivery for Commercial or Medical Affairs.
Responsibilities
- Operate through a shared product and delivery model with Commercial Systems & Analytics.
- Translate business, product, and data strategies into product plans, backlogs, designs, and release plans.
- Provide BTS leadership for customer engagement capabilities like Veeva and Salesforce CRM, PromoMats, marketing automation, and analytics.
