Travere Therapeutics, a biopharmaceutical company, is seeking an Associate Director for Customer Engagement Platforms & Data in a hybrid San Diego role. You will lead hands-on BTS product and platform efforts, translating commercial priorities into scalable capabilities with CRM, data, and analytics integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, information technology, life sciences, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in business technology or IT, including biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences and 3+ years leading product or platform delivery for Commercial or Medical Affairs; demonstrated experience supporting a product launch or scaling customer engagement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate with Commercial Systems & Analytics to align tech roadmaps and ownership.
• Translate approved business, product, and data strategies into product plans, backlogs, designs, estimates, release plans, and operating practices.
• Provide BTS product and technical leadership for CRM, PromoMats, marketing automation, digital engagement, and APIs.
• Partner to advance customer data capabilities across HCP, HCO, payer, and related domains.
• Translate journeys and omnichannel priorities into scalable platform capabilities with AI strategy.
• Lead delivery from discovery through deployment, and ensure privacy, security, and compliance.
• Drive process improvement, change management, adoption, and benefits realization.
