Job summary

Aesop, part of the L'Oréal Groupe, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Newport Beach to support the store manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and commercial results. You will coach and develop a high-performing team, drive store performance, and ensure operational excellence on the shop floor.

With 2+ years of supervisory retail or hospitality experience, you will lead with a merchant mindset, conduct trainings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervising a team in a retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong commercial acumen to drive sales and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach retail team on the shop floor.
• Partner with Store Manager on performance goals and commercial plans.
• Oversee store operations and customer experience.
• Hire and onboard RC induction and probation.
• Spend 80% of your time on the shop floor coaching the team.
• Ensure grooming standards and five senses experience are upheld.
