Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to deliver a white-glove customer experience in our stores. You will support store leaders with recovery processes, coaching Customer Service Representatives, and ensure compliance with company standards.

You will build customer relationships, meet performance targets, handle vault and cash procedures, and work a full-time in-person schedule including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
• Minimum one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required and conducted in accordance with applicable law.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of this position (up to 25 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the full cycle of the loan or pawn process.
• Assist account management and recovery processes, including collection calls while maintaining customer service focus.
• Work to meet performance standards by leveraging partnerships, obtaining referrals, and hosting events.
• Develop relationships to build new business and maintain store profitability.
• Provide support, coaching, and development to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain customer information accurately in the POS system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal laws.
• Manage vault, cash drawer, and bank deposits and maintain store security.
