Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Texas to deliver a white-glove customer experience and support store leaders with daily operations. You will coach staff, oversee customer outreach, and help mitigate risk while ensuring compliance with company standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, team coaching, and daily store performance in a fast-paced retail loan/pawn environment, with regular in-person attendance and a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 months supervisory or leadership experience.
• Minimum one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate POS and MS Office systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience through the full loan or pawn process with clear recommendations.
• Assist account management and recovery activities, including follow-up calls while maintaining service quality.
• Support store leadership to meet performance standards and drive referrals and community events.
• Build customer relationships to grow business and protect store profitability.
• Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives to uphold quality standards and compliance.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the POS system and secure cash handling procedures.
