Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Anniston, AL. The role focuses on delivering a white-glove customer experience through leadership, coaching, and compliance adherence in a fast-paced retail/loan environment.

You will support store leadership in recovery processes, customer outreach, and risk mitigation while coaching Customer Service Representatives and ensuring company standards. A full-time, in-person schedule is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• At least 1 year in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate phone, POS, MS Office and other systems.
• Must be 18+ years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the loan/pawn process.
• Assist account management and recovery processes with a focus on collecting and preventing charge-offs.
• Leverage partnerships to obtain referrals and participate in in-store/community events.
• Develop customer relationships to grow business and sustain store profitability.
• Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the POS system.
