Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a General Manager to lead store performance and deliver a premium customer experience. You will coach, develop, and guide your team to meet company objectives while serving as the face of the store.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, achieving KPIs, managing operations, cash handling, and compliance, and promoting local partnerships and community events. A full-time schedule with some weekend hours is required.

Formación

• Two years in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, customer service, or related industries.
• Operations leadership experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for work-day use.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee, coach, and develop all store Team Members to build new business and maintain store profitability.
• Manage overall store performance by meeting KPIs and analyzing performance reports.
• Lead the team to achieve sales goals through loans/pawns, local marketing, partnerships, referrals, and events.
• Supervise cash handling, loss prevention, and opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal laws.
