Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Marietta, GA seeks an Assistant Store Manager to deliver a white-glove customer experience and lead a small team. You will support loan/pawn cycles, build client relationships, and help drive store performance.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to coach staff while ensuring compliance with company policies. In-store, full-time position with 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
• Minimum one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work phone, POS, MS Office, and other systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required in accordance with applicable law.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of this position (standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, moving around the store).

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the full cycle of the loan or pawn process.
• Assist account management and recovery processes, including collection calls, while maintaining customer service focus.
• Meet Company standards by leveraging partnerships and obtaining referrals; participate in store events.
• Develop customer relationships to build new business and maintain store profitability.
• Provide support and coaching to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality and safety.
• Maintain customer information accurately in the POS system.
