Franchise Management Services in Salisbury, MD is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, shift leaders and team at a Dunkin' restaurant. The role covers floor operations and Brand Training programs to deliver great guest experiences and drive top-line sales.

You will act in the RM's absence, help maintain operational excellence, enforce brand standards and safety, and coach staff to provide excellent service. Strong leadership and guest focus are essential.

Qualificações

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

Responsabilidades

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Communicate priorities, goals and results to the team.
• Assist with new product rollouts, training and sampling as applicable.
• Maintain safety, food safety, and sanitation per law.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Complete periodic inventory as determined by franchisee.
• Manage cash over/short and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Engage with Dunkin' Brands Field Operations as appropriate.
• Onboard and develop restaurant team members.
• Coach team to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction.
