Job summary

Dunkin' in Baltimore is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, shift leaders and team, and to cover in the RM's absence. You will help deliver great guest experiences, ensure brand standards, and lead training initiatives while supporting profitable top-line sales for a single Dunkin' restaurant.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management skills.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Able to perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Create and maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant.
• Communicates restaurant priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Execute with RM new product rollouts including training, marketing and sampling where applicable.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements and complying with all applicable laws.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Completion of inventory on a periodic basis as determined by Franchisee.
• Manages cash over/short and ensures team members follow cash management policies.
• Engages with Dunkin’ Brands Field Operations team as appropriate.
• Onboard and develop restaurant team members.
• Coach restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction.
