Dunkin' Donuts is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, shift leaders and team in daily operations. You will stand in for the RM when needed and drive guest satisfaction, profitability and brand standards across all duties.

Responsibilities include supervising team meetings, Brand Training programs, scheduling, training and certifying staff, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining safe, clean, and compliant restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

Responsabilités

• Support Restaurant Manager and Shift leaders in daily operations.
• Lead team meetings with Restaurant Manager and oversee Brand Training programs.
• Schedule, train, validate, certify team and shift leads; ensure brand standards and systems are followed.
• Maintain a guest-focused culture and address guest feedback with improvement actions.
• Assist with inventory, labor scheduling and vendor orders; ensure safety, sanitation and cost controls.
