Job summary

Dunkin' franchise location in Federalsburg, MD is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, Shift leaders and team. They perform duties in the RM's absence, oversee floor operations and Brand Training programs, and lead with positive energy to deliver great guest experiences and drive profitable top-line sales for a single restaurant.

The role ensures execution of brand standards, policies, and laws while coordinating with franchisee guidelines.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Good analytical skills and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Communicate restaurant priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Assist with new product rollouts including training, marketing and sampling where applicable.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements and complying with laws.
• Control costs to help maximize profitability.
• Complete inventory on a periodic basis as determined by Franchisee.
• Manage cash over/short in restaurant and ensure policy compliance.
• Onboard and develop restaurant team members.
