Job summary

Dunkin' in Maryland is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, shift leaders and team. You will perform duties in the RM's absence, lead floor operations and brand training programs to deliver great guest experiences and drive top-line sales for a single restaurant.

You will help maintain brand standards, execute recipes, onboard and develop staff, and partner with the franchisee to ensure compliance with laws while managing costs and cash.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager in all duties in their absence.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Communicate priorities, goals and results to team members.
• Assist with new product rollouts, training, marketing and sampling where applicable.
• Maintain safe, secure and healthy environment by following safety and sanitation requirements and laws.
• Control costs to help maximize profitability.
• Inventory completion periodically as determined by Franchisee.
• Manage cash over/short and cash handling policies.
• Engage with Dunkin Brands Field Operations team as appropriate.
• Onboard and develop restaurant team members.
• Coach staff to drive sales, profitability and guest satisfaction.
