ZRS Management LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support Leasing Consultants, manage rent collection, and assist in budgeting and reporting for a busy property portfolio. The role emphasizes customer service, estate operations, and collaboration with the Property Manager to hit occupancy and revenue targets.

The position requires a high school diploma and 1+ years in property management; a driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.
• 1+ experience in property management or real estate preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and support Leasing Consultants in leasing tasks.
• Compile and use market information to inform decisions.
• Assist in preparing for advancement to Property Manager.
• Collect rent timely and ensure revenue postings in accounting system.
• File evictions when applicable and adhere to local laws.
• Review applications and ensure income proof meets qualification guidelines.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all payments and documents are complete.
• Prepare monthly reports per company guidelines.
• Assist with leasing and take tours as needed.
• Triage service requests and coordinate with property team.
• Support Property Manager to achieve occupancy and budget goals.
• Host resident functions and promote renewals; may work one weekend per month.
