Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing consultants, manage rent collection, and assist with resident relations. The role involves reviewing applications, ensuring income verification, and maintaining accurate leasing documents.

You will work closely with the Property Manager to meet occupancy goals, prepare monthly reports, and help manage the property budget. Some weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ year experience in property management or real estate.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and ensure revenue data is posted correctly.
• Review applications and ensure proof of income and qualifications.
• Assist Leasing Consultants and conduct property tours.
• Audit move-ins, ensure all documents are uploaded and payments are complete.
• Handle evictions when applicable and stay informed of local laws.
• Support budgeting, reporting, and scheduling of resident functions.
• Respond to resident issues and escalate to the Property Manager when needed.
• Occasional weekend work required.
