Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing consultants, manage rent collection and paperwork, and assist in maintaining budgeted occupancy. The role emphasizes strong customer service, team collaboration, and adherence to community guidelines.

You will review applications, audit move-ins, and coordinate with the property team to resolve resident issues. Weekend coverage may be required and the position offers full-time career growth with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• 1+ year of experience in property management or real estate preferred.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and ensure revenue data is posted correctly.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed of local laws.
• Review and approve applications to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all monies and documents are complete.
• Support leasing efforts and take tours when needed.
• Fill escalated service requests and coordinate with the team.
• Assist with hosting resident events and maximizing renewals.
• Weekend work may be required once a month.
