Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the leasing team, motivate Leasing Consultants, and help achieve property goals.

You will collect rent, process applications, audit move-ins, ensure income posting, and assist with resident services and renewals. The role reports to the Property Manager, may require one weekend per month, and offers full-time hours with benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ experience in property management or real estate preferred.
• High school diploma a must, post-secondary preferred in business or property management.

Responsibilities

• Motivate Leasing Consultants in leasing tasks and support the leasing process.
• Collect rent in a timely manner and ensure revenue postings are correct.
• Review and approve applications; verify proof of income and qualification guidelines.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all monies are paid and documents uploaded.
• Assist with leasing and property tours; handle escalated service requests with the team.
• Support budget adherence and reporting; help prepare and upload bills for approval.
• Work weekends as needed and collaborate with the property team to meet occupancy goals.
