Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing efforts, manage rent collection, process applications, and assist in budgeting and reporting. The role reports to the Property Manager and requires a valid driver’s license, with 1+ year experience in property management or real estate preferred.

The position involves guest-facing duties, working with residents to ensure satisfaction, and occasionally hosting resident events.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• 1+ year experience in property management or real estate preferred
• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management

Responsibilities

• Motivate Leasing Consultants in leasing tasks
• Collect rent and ensure revenue data is posted correctly in the accounting system
• Assist with leasing and take tours
• Review and approve applications; verify proof of income and qualification guidelines
• Audit move-ins; ensure payments and documents are complete
• Prepare monthly reports per company guidelines
• Assist with budgeting and uploading bills for approval
• Handle escalated service requests with the property team
• Support Property Manager to meet occupancy and leasing goals
• May need to work one weekend per month
