Job summary

ZRS Management LLC seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing consultants, gather and apply market insights, and prepare for advancement to Property Manager. You will collect rent, file evictions when legal, review applications, audit move-ins, manage billing, and assist with tours and resident events.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, 1+ year in property management or real estate, and strong computer, negotiation, and organizational skills. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in property management or real estate preferred.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent timely and ensure revenue data is posted correctly.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed of local laws.
• Issue lease violations and coordinate with property manager.
• Review and approve applications; ensure proof of income meets guidelines.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all monies and documents are complete.
• Ensure residents’ current and future billing is accurate.
• Complete monthly reports per company guidelines.
• Assist with leasing, take tours, and support marketing efforts.
• Handle escalated service requests with the property team.
• Work with the property manager to meet occupancy and leasing goals.
• Assist with resident functions to maximize renewals.
