ZRS Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support Leasing Consultants, analyze market information, and prepare for advancement to Property Manager. This role reports directly to the Property Manager.

Responsibilities include collecting rent, posting revenue, handling evictions, processing applications, auditing move-ins, ensuring billing accuracy, and assisting with tours and leasing. Weekend work may be required; strong teamwork is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Driver's License
• 1+ year experience in property management or real estate preferred
• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management

Aufgaben

• Collect rent in a timely manner and post revenue data correctly
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed of local laws
• Issue lease violations and work with the property manager to ensure community guidelines are met
• Review and approve applications and verify proof of income within guidelines
• Audit move-ins and ensure all monies and documents are in order
• Ensure residents' billing is accurate on current/future cycles
• Complete monthly reports per company guidelines
• Assist with budgeting and bill uploads for approval
• Troubleshoot and resolve resident issues before escalation
• Assist with leasing and property tours
• Respond to service requests with the team to meet service standards
• Coordinate with the property manager to meet occupancy and leasing goals
• Assist with resident events and renewals; may include one weekend per month
