Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing teams, audit move-ins, manage applications, and help keep occupancy targets on track.

The role involves coordinating with the Property Manager, handling service requests, and assisting in budgeting and reporting. A valid driver’s license and property management exposure are preferred, with weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• 1+ year of experience in property management or real estate preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Motivate Leasing Consultants to achieve leasing tasks.
• Review applications and ensure proof of income meets guidelines.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all monies are paid and documents uploaded.
• Prepare monthly reports in accordance with company guidelines.
• Assist with leasing and conduct property tours as needed.
• Handle escalated service requests with the property team.
• Support budgeting and occupancy targets; upload bills for approval.
• May work one weekend per month.
