Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing consultants, collect rents, and assist in budget planning. The role involves auditing move-ins, processing applications, and maintaining billing accuracy, while ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

You will work closely with the Property Manager, help host resident events, and contribute to achieving occupancy and renewal targets. A valid driver's license is required and weekend work may be needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ year in property management or real estate preferred.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and ensure revenue data is posted correctly.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed on local laws.
• Issue lease violations and coordinate with the property manager for adherence.
• Review and approve applications and ensure proof of income aligns with guidelines.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all monies and documents are in order.
• Oversee billed residents and ensure current and future billing is correct.
• Prepare monthly reports per company guidelines.
• Assist with budget understanding and bill uploads; support approvals.
• Troubleshoot resident issues and escalate when needed.
• Assist leasing and conduct property tours when required.
• Handle escalated service requests with the team to meet customer service standards.
• Support occupancy and leasing goals with the property manager.
• Assist in hosting resident events and maximize renewals.
