Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking an Assistant Operating Director to lead in-office operations, scheduling, and staff development. As second-in-command to the Operating Director, you will drive daily operations, coach staff, and maintain high standards of client care across multiple offices.

Qualities include strong organizational and operational excellence, the ability to work autonomously, and a commitment to ongoing leadership development as we expand nationwide.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in management, leadership operations, or HR.
• Experience hiring, recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising staff.
• Leadership experience in healthcare/home care.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee in-office operations and scheduling to ensure timely coverage and quality client experience.
• Lead, coach, and onboard office staff and manage 1:1s, reviews, and coaching.
• Handle on-call rotation and payroll/shift updates.
• Ensure documentation aligns with Cornerstone policies and state requirements.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding steps, and staff oversight as Cornerstone expands nationwide.
