Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking an Assistant Operating Director (AOD) to lead in-office operations, scheduling oversight, and staff development. The AOD will support the Operating Director as second-in-command, oversee client care quality, and coordinate with Home Base to ensure excellent service.

The role emphasizes coaching, onboarding new office managers, and managing performance through regular check-ins.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in management, leadership operations, or human resources.
• Experience hiring, recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising staff.
• Leadership experience within the healthcare or home care industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-office operations, scheduling oversight, and staff development.
• Ensure client care quality and timely responses to escalations.
• Conduct weekly 1:1 check-ins and performance reviews.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding steps, and staff oversight.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with state requirements.
