Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving seeks an Assistant Operating Director (AOD) to lead in-office operations, scheduling oversight, and staff development. This role acts as the Operating Director’s second-in-command, ensuring service excellence and strong team performance across offices.

You will oversee client care quality, conduct weekly check-ins, and collaborate with Home Base to maintain high standards and compliance. A background in healthcare leadership and autonomous work style are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of experience in management, leadership operations, or human resources.
• Experience hiring, recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising staff.
• Leadership experience within the healthcare or home care industry.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-office operations and scheduling oversight to ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Coach and support in-office staff; reinforce Cornerstone's standards, values, and culture.
• Onboard and train new office managers; conduct weekly 1:1 check-ins and performance reviews.
• Oversee client care quality, scheduling operations, and client satisfaction; address escalations promptly.
• Coordinate with Home Base and manage staffing, recruitment, and documentation in line with policies.
