Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Open availability for a 24/7 operation, including nights and holidays.
• Previous leadership in food service or retail.
• 3 months customer service in retail.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Must be of legal age to sell alcohol and tobacco.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers.
• Follow and enforce store policies.
• Promote store specials and upsell.
• Maintain cleanliness of store and equipment.
• Minimize stockouts by restocking shelves.
• Train new employees.
• Manage food service and beverage programs to maximize sales and minimize loss.
• Prepare deposits when covering manager.
• Respond to emergencies when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Operate register and store equipment.
• Prepare cashier checkout reports.
