Jackson Companies in Eagle, ID is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to develop into a store leadership role. You will gain hands-on experience in sales growth, team coaching, and inventory control, with duties across food service, merchandising and staffing.

This full-time program offers advancement opportunities within the company and a benefits package. Pay starts at $18.00 per hour with shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Open availability for a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous leadership experience supervising teams in food service or retail.
• At least 3 months of customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Valid Driver License and reliable transportation preferred.
• Must be of legal age to sell alcohol and tobacco.
• Ability to foster teamwork and adapt quickly to change.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional service by greeting and thanking customers.
• Enforce company policies and procedures with staff.
• Suggest purchases and promote store specials.
• Ensure proper sanitation, food handling, storage and disposal.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior areas including pumps.
• Minimize stockouts by restocking shelves and displays.
• Operate register and store equipment as needed.
• Train new employees and assist in scheduling and deposits.
• Assist in managing food service and beverage programs to maximize sales and minimize loss.
• Respond to emergencies when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Additional duties as assigned.
