Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Meridian, Idaho is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to lead a dynamic retail team and drive guest service excellence.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, train Teammates, and ensure store standards are met. This role blends hands-on sales with operations, visual merchandising, and staff development, with progression from AIT to full Assistant Manager as responsibilities grow.

Qualifications

• Retail supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop Teammates and manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales generation and guest service initiatives to achieve goals.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates; act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Oversee merchandising, visual standards and store operations to maintain Buckle policies.
