Qualifications

• Open availability to meet 24/7 operation needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience supervising teams in food service or retail.
• At least 3 months of customer service experience in retail.
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and a friendly, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous service and greet customers.
• Enforce company policy with employees.
• Suggest purchases and promote store specials.
• Ensure proper sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of store interior/exterior.
• Restock shelves and keep displays stocked.
• Assist training of new employees.
• Operate register and other store equipment; process sales accurately.
• Respond to emergencies when the Store Manager is unavailable.
• Support in preparing weekly orders from suppliers.
