Jackson Companies is hiring an Assistant Manager in Training (AIT) in Garden City, Idaho. This full-time program exposes you to store operations, coaching, and inventory control to prepare you for a leadership role.

Expect shifts from 4:00 am to midnight, with a strong focus on customer service and profitability. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, open availability for a 24/7 operation, and prior leadership or customer service experience in retail or food service.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Open availability to meet a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous leadership experience in retail or food service.
• At least 3 months of customer service experience in a retail setting.
• Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Must be of legal age to sell alcohol and tobacco.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide courteous service and greet customers.
• Enforce company policies with staff.
• Suggest purchases and promote store specials.
• Maintain sanitation and proper food handling procedures.
• Keep interior/exterior areas clean and stocked.
• Minimize out-of-stock through restocking and displays.
• Train new employees and assist in instruction.
• Manage food service and beverage programs to maximize sales.
• Operate register and handle daily deposits when needed.
• Respond to emergencies when store manager is unavailable.
