Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager for our store in Washington, with a path to leadership. You will support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, mentor teammates, and ensure a top-quality guest experience.

The role includes sales, merchandising, cashiering and daily store operations, with progression from AIT to senior duties in absence of the Store Manager. Health and benefit options are provided.

Qualifications

• Sales, leadership, merchandising abilities.
• Experience in customer service and retail operations is desirable.
• Ability to perform cashiering, register procedures and merchandise pulls.
