The role requires open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to advance within the company. You will deliver excellent service, train new hires, and help manage deposits and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Open availability to meet the needs of a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous leadership experience supervising teams in food service or retail.
• At least 3 months of customer service experience in retail.
• Strong passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service by greeting and thanking customers.
• Follow and enforce company policies with employees.
• Suggest purchases and promote store specials.
• Ensure proper sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior/exterior and equipment.
• Minimize out of stock by restocking shelves and displays.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Manage food service and beverage programs to maximize sales and minimize loss.
• Prepare and make deposits when needed and during coverage for the manager.
• Respond to emergencies when the Store Manager is unavailable.
